Returns

Each kit you receive will include its own return label and packaging to ship your samples back to us. If you need to return more samples across multiple trips, or need additional return labels for any reason, please describe what you need and why in the notes below — we'll do our best to accommodate.

  • •Soil samples should ideally be returned within one week of collection and kept cold.
  • •Insect samples stored in ethanol vials are shelf stable — there is no set return deadline.
